We adore Princes Pier and have rarely come across a location that is so unintentionally captivating. The posts are still standing on a collapsed pier that extends a considerable distance in an even pattern. It is incredibly photogenic at sunset because of the gentle light and golden sky. For excellent lighting, you could also go at sunrise.
Princes Pier is located at the Port of Melbourne, just outside the main city. If you’re driving, it should take you about 15 minutes to get there.
Chinatown’s lanterns
In the center of Melbourne’s CBD, Little Bourke Street is home to the Chinatown cultural district.
